What I'd do differently

A proof of concept, delivered on time and on budget, used by three councils in Victoria. The lesson was keeping it a proof of concept: register a device, see its data, build a dashboard, and stop. Every extra module we did not build was a week we kept.

A proof of concept proves one thing. Then stop.
